I’m allergic to chocolate.

Shocking isn’t it. I’m a woman, I must eat chocolate right? It’s ok, there are other things in life that I love – maybe as much you love chocolate. Like photography and music.

In 2006 after a creative and design oriented journey, I found photography as my fix. Better still, music photography. That’s how I started out. Now I have a plethora of clients, friendships, stories and bruises from along the way.

My work has evolved from music into portrait, fashion, and product photography – all of which I get super excited about; especially when getting really creative with lighting, equipment and ideas in the studio or on location. I like to give direction, but only a little. After all, it’s you in the pictures, not me.

At home I’m terrible at sitting still. You will find me baking, trawling eBay for the latest Vintage find, being mum to my beautiful children, and of course at my computer editing and working on my latest shoot ideas. Sometimes I’ll stay out past my bedtime and sometimes I won’t go out at all. My body is tattooed with my life story so far. I love snakeskin, leather, cowboy boots, action or horror movies, beer, Jack Daniel’s, and my heels to be high -

It helps when you’re a pint-sized 5ft 3.

You will find mostly rock and heavy metal on my iPod along with some blues. However, you will also find me knowing lyrics to the latest Lady Gaga or Rihanna tunes – for reasons I cannot explain. I am stupidly sentimental. Red roses and sunny days make me smile. As does seeing my friends pursue their dreams and succeed. I like to talk and laugh. Lots.
