Deposits and Booking

Marie GC Photography requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date. Cancellation of your booked photo shoot in less than 48 hours will incur full payment, unless the reason for cancellation is exceptional.

Payment by BACS, credit/debit card payment and PayPal are all accepted.

Location & Studio Shooting

Marie shoots in the studio and on location which caters for all your creative needs. Studio fees and travel to locations are not included in the Photo Shoot fee; a quote will be given separately depending on your requirements. As Marie is located in London, travel to photo shoots in that area will be minimal.

Hair Stylists & Makeup Artists

Marie GC has a plethora of hair and makeup artist contacts with a variety of skills. Should you wish to take advantage of these contacts for your photo shoot booking (their fees apply separately), please email Marie with your enquiry – [email protected].

Your Images

Marie will usually send on contact sheets of all the images from your Photo Shoot within 24 hours. You are then required to choose the amount of images within your quoted package to be edited as your final choices. Requests for specific editing and post production should be made at this time. 

You are of course welcome to buy additional images from your session. These will be quoted for per image depending on the nature of usage.

Your final images will be sent on via DropBox, or posted on a CD if requested.

Copyright

When purchasing high resolution images from Marie GC Photography, you agree to the following:

• Marie GC Photography is the legal owner of all copyright.

• Where permission has been granted, all online usage of the images shall be credited to Marie GC Photography or Marie GC with a link to http://www.mariegc.com wherever possible.

• Within your Final Image Package are LowRes versions which are optimised for Internet use, and have Marie GC's small subtle copyright in the bottom corner. Under no circumstances should this be removed.

• All print usage shall be credited to Marie GC.

• Images may not be lightened or darkened, colours changed or image altered in any way without permission.

• You are not permitted to sell any of Marie GC Photography’s images for profit or monetary gain, except where explicit permission is given by Marie GC.

• You are not permitted to grant usage rights to third parties for monetary gain without explicit written permission from Marie GC. This includes (but is not limited to) (i) event promoters (ii) newspapers (iii) venues (iv) magazines (v) any form of flyer, leaflet or postcard published by someone else.

• Marie GC would like that she be notified with details of all forms of print or publication via email – [email protected]

• Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in legal action.

Data Protection

Marie GC Photography will not share her Client’s personal data with any third parties for any reasons without the prior consent. Such data will only be collected, processed and held in accordance with Marie GC Photography's rights and obligations arising under the provisions and principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.
